He is a wonderful teacher who has taught classes and seminars in physics, metaphysics, yoga and ESL, for over 20 years, and is now also offering presentations on the powerful uses of Hypnotherapy for healing and growth. SpiritTalk Lecture SeriesSpiritTalk is a series of lectures about Bringing Spirit into Everyday Life. It is an evolution of the popular PsychicSpeak Series of 2009. Monthly presentations by Alan will occur on the 4th Friday of each month, sharing his experience and insights in a fun, interactive environment. Each evening includes brief meditations, a talk, and a discussion period. SpiritTalk is hosted by the Bead Lounge, Main st. Longmont. Entertaining, practical, inspirational and expansive! July 23rd 7:00-9:00pm: The Soul, the Ego, and Mid-Life Crisis As infants and small children we are taught to orient to the external world, and to do so from our minds, our egos. We develop our mental/emotional bodies with this external orientation, losing our connection to our souls and our inward orientation. This turns out to be an exhausting process, and ultimately impossible, as we are trying to manage and control the infinite with the finite. Eventually we are worn out, pissed off and a bit lost. The soul is still there however, underneath, inside, waiting to be given an invitation. When we can reorient to our soul and allow the "ego" to express it in the world, we are working with our own infinity, and life is not impossible any more. August 27th 7:00-9:00pm: The Big Bang and Spiritual Manifestation We will explore the physics of the Big Bang and the Indian cosmological creation of the world. Finding significant parallels. How does matter come out of energy or consciousness? What lessons can we draw for how we manifest and create our own lives and experiences on this material plane? Will we also explore the relation of creation to the process of climbing this ladder back to source as the focus of many spiritual practices. |

They included introduction to basic tools that you can use every day. Alan teaches in a fun relaxed manner, mixing theory and useful information with practical experience and tools you can take home.
"Physics and Metaphysics"Offered as both a talk and a workshop, this is a new presentation of ideas and concepts that have been many years forming. Starting from the observation that human beings are energetic in nature, we show how the application of some basic physical discoveries of how energy works can lead to simple models for fundamental metaphysical issues. Including how karma works, insights into human relationship dynamics, and how we can consciously work with our own energetic aspects. |

Spiritual Playgrounds
Spirtual Playgrounds are spaces for spiritually inclined beings to
play, have fun, and explore our different experiences of spirit. We are
all working to embody Spirit and let it shine through us on this plane,
but we are all unique individuals and have our own experience, knowledge
and wisdom. The Playgrounds combine discussion and sharing of experience
with exercises that allow us to play with energy/spirit and explore how
we perceive and interact with it. This is a place to realize that while
you are unique, you are not "alone", we have all experienced and can
experience energy and intuition in our own creative way.
