A sublist of large southern coronal arcade events. 32 events.

Need to go back over the movie and make more detailed notes on these.

We use three classifications, polar(POL) (for the polar crown, very high lattitude
mostly east-west), diagonal(DIA) (for smaller events generally lying SE-NW between
the polar crown and the  AR belt), and active (AR) for a few inclusion that seem
to be mostly over high latitude active regions.
