Walk on you say
on padded feet
each footfall a steady beat
the lion of my heart opening
in the courage of vulnerability
stalking the strength of Love
Take another breath
step through fear
to find the fierce joy
of my own Self set free
in the expansion of a heart
that swells to fill my being
In the darkness of the Void
the light of my Soul
leaves pulsating tracks
unhesitatingly pacing forward
to a place I have not been
but already know
Walk on you say
hold open a little longer
allow a little more
with each footfall, each beat
wholeness of Being blossoms
felt just beneath awareness
